Amazing staff,
Lovely, spacious room
I was part of a group touring with ledger holidays , however I was not happy with the way ledger organised the whole trip , and how my needs were not taken into account . I spoke to the staff and management at Martini Hotel about my situation and they did their best to find me another room. In the restaurant Giovanni , Alex, Maria-Louisa and all the others were so lovely and helpful and helped with my dietary needs that was not taken into account by ledger
I will definitely return again one day , by myself or with family to stay at this lovely place with excellent service

Hotel quality was good, large breakfast in the mornings, easy check-in. Bus stop right outside to the apartment 10-15mins. 10 min walk into the harbour and old town area of Olbia. The shower leaked a bit on the floor, because of the missing door seal. Lots of mosquitoes in the room, I'm sensitive to them, without even having the Terrasse door open.
Amazing staff that went above and beyond of making my staying feeling like I was in my own home. It took me some time to locate the restaurant in the hotel but once I did, I realized why was I going out to eat? The dishes were more than amazing and again the staff did not disappoint. There is a celery tomato prawn dish that is so refreshing and delicious I highly recommend. The rooms are spacious with a beautiful sunrise balcony view of the port with sufficient black out curtains. The hotel was located just walking distance of shopping and dining.
The Hotel looks old from outside but perfectly fine from the inside. The rooms had all we needed and an amazing view over the seaside (well it is the port area with motorways but still!) On the other side was also a beautiful park. Very centrally located with most buses stopping in front of the hotel.
We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel having proper croissant for example instead of industrial frozen products like most hotels. So all good !
Not much amenities in the hotel but as we never use them anyway, better no amenities than badly managed ones.
Room was very humid with bad climate. We both had a headache after sleeping there 1 night. Balcony shared with other rooms (!) so the windows must remain closed. No water on complimentary basis, even though 4 stars hotel(?).
Really nice hotel. I loved the decoration. Rooms big and comfortable. Note they only provide shampoos in the toiletries' set and shower caps. Extra toiletries on demand at the reception and at a cost. Breakfast included but average quality. Running only until 10 am, including on weekends. We went there by 9.30 the first morning and most of it was already gone.
WiFi doesn’t work in the room. Stayed two nights. Way overpriced. Rooms are nice, beds are comfortable but cleanliness is not as expected for the price. Floors were dusty the first night and next day still not even swept. The shower does not have a place to put your soap so you need to use the counter which then gets water all over the floor in the bathroom. Breakfast is average, again not matching the price you pay for a night.
Need to have the AC on turbo otherwise not cool enough but works ok. Hairs found on the bed which was a little unsettling. Again, not a bad place, very great location but horrible for the price. Unfortunately I think most of Olbia is like that so book ahead!
Asking for a prepayment weeks prior to arrival seems to be normal for Sardegna, a night guy denying your payment on arrival after a long journey and refusing to give you a room and making you wait for 45 minutes with seemingly endless discussions certainly is not. Worst hotel experience in a while. Stay elsewhere and enjoy Sardegna
